As we learn more , we adapt what we already know to our new learning. This is in terms of integrating technology, building more collaborative teams or letting go of ways of thinking or doing that no longer serve our mission of ensuring student success.

Reflective
Constant reflection leads to a deeper understanding of why we are doing what we are doing, this also allows for quick changes to course correct along the way. It helps identify gaps in our understanding, making it clear what we need to continue to build on.
